Established in 2018, directors Matt & Neil had worked together in previous career roles, forming a strong working relationship and professional mutual respect over the years.

With a passion for their fields and an emphasis on quality Lime Green Associates was created to pool this expertise and enthusiasm.

Matt is a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors. He has nearly 20 years’ experience of land surveying and has been laser scanning for the past 10.

International Experience

Worked in Canada for 3 years on a wide range of projects including the “Canada Line” rail link in Vancouver and the 2010 Winter Olympic sites.

Scan to BIM - (Severn Partnership)

Headed up department and pivotal in a number of large scale projects including the Royal Sussex Hospital, Brighton and Lambeth Town Hall.

Heritage - Involved in a number of National Trust property surveys requiring laser scan technology.

Retail - extensive experience of surveying retail units for large nationwide companies providing laser scan surveys and condition reports.

Neil is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural technologists and has 20 years experience working within surveying and architectural practices.

Residential

A strong residential background gained by participation on projects from concept through to completion. Projects have ranged in contract value (£10,000 - £2,500,000+), Listed/ Heritage value and nature of building (extensions, new buildings & conversion).

Rural

Working experience gained in providing architectural and drawing support for estate management for purposes ranging from agricultural notifications, tenancy agreements, land registry and general surveying services.
